In case of claims, print the following warranty certificate and attach it to your original purchase invoice.
• CalzatechUSA  guarantees all its products for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty includes our obligation to repair or replace without charge the footwear or part of it, provided that the footwear has been used in accordance with the conditions of normal use and no third-party factors have intervened that could harm in the opinion of CalzatechUSA  its normal performance.
CalzatechUSA  replace or repair at your option, without charge, the components of the product that at its discretion appear with manufacturing defects.
During the validity of the guarantee, the transfer and freight expenses of the product will be borne by CalzatechUSA
In order for this guarantee to be valid, it must inevitably be accompanied by the original purchase invoice duly made by the seller with the precise identification of the item or product.
The following are the general conditions of this guarantee:
1) The use of this footwear must be done following the CONDITIONS OF NORMAL USE.
2) The service of this guarantee must be requested to the selling house of the product.
3) The service of this guarantee will be fulfilled in a term not greater than 30 working days from the claim of the purchaser, except in cases of fortuitous event or force majeure.
4) This warranty covers labor and materials. The parts or pieces of footwear that, due to normal use, could have a wear or a limited life that results inferior to the total time of the warranty, are excluded.
5) It is expressly stated that this guarantee will lose and / or be invalid in the following cases:
  1. Breaks, damages or defects that are not manufacturing.
  2. Damage caused by misuse and / or abuse of footwear.
  3. Damage caused by its use in environments for which the product is not suitable.
  4. Any deterioration suffered by accidents or accidents.
  5. Damages resulting from lack of maintenance and preventive cleaning.

  9. Missing date on the invoice.
  10. Differences between the invoice and the product claimed in terms of the item and the date.
6) This guarantee together with the original purchase invoice must remain in the possession of the purchaser to be presented before any claim within the warranty period, this guarantee being non-transferable.
